As sustainability claims face increasing regulatory scrutiny, businesses must ensure that environmental statements are accurate, substantiated, and compliant. EmpCo and the proposed Green Claims Directive (ECGT) introduce new requirements for environmental claims, green marketing, and product communications.
In this practical webinar, we will explain the key requirements of EmpCo and ECGT, environmental claims and labels, product carbon footprints (PCFs), verification and substantiation requirements, and how reliable data can support credible sustainability claims. The session will also include practical examples, compliance considerations, and a live Q&A.
