Why your CBAM monitoring plan matters: the path to verification-ready data

Join our webinar on CBAM: Why your CBAM monitoring plan matters: the path to verification-ready data

Date: 24 June 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM CEST
Location: Virtual (Livestorm)

Overview

Since January 2026, CBAM has introduced carbon costs on imports of steel, aluminium, and fertilisers into the EU. Without verified emissions data, costs can significantly increase through default values.

Accredited CBAM verifiers are expected only by late 2026, leaving a limited window to prepare before the September 2027 deadline. Early readiness is essential to avoid delays and higher costs.

In this webinar, CBAMBOO and Normec Verifavia will explain how exporters and EU importers can prepare for verification, understand audit expectations, and use monitoring plans to manage emissions data and reduce CBAM exposure.
