Quality Executive

This position is responsible for maintaining and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in a regulated, standard-driven environment. It ensures the local deployment, application, and enhancement of the QMS defined and managed by the Paris team.
The position is based in India. The successful candidate will be integrated into the Paris-based Quality team and will report directly to the Quality Manager in Paris. This role requires close collaboration with the Paris team to ensure alignment of quality activities and priorities, as well as consistent application of the Quality Management System across sites.

Key responsibilities

    • Maintain, review, and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to comply with the requirements of applicable standards, regulations, and accreditation framework under which Normec Verifavia operates.
  • Maintain and contribute the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17029:2019 and ISO 14065:2020 requirements.
  • Monitor and assess developments in relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements, ensuring timely implementation of necessary changes.
  • Participate in the management of the internal audits and prepare external accreditation audits.
  • Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and drive associated improvement initiatives.
  • Consolidate and monitor quality performance indicators.
  • Deliver quality-related training programs for new employees, auditors, and other personnel.

Eligibility criteria

  • Master’s or Engineering degree in Quality, QHSE, or Environmental field with exposure to Quality Management topics.
  • Experience in the application of ISO/IEC 17029:2019, ISO 14065:2020 or similar accreditation standards.
  • Experience in regulated quality environment (certification, inspection or compliance-based organizations) and/or expertise in quality management systems and audit methodologies.)
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French (written and spoken) is an asset.
