Normec Verifavia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh, India. As a leading independent provider of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emissions verification services for aviation, airports, and maritime transport, we also specialize in Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) management. Interview Process

  1. Practical case studies.
  2. First interview with the HR Manager and AGM/Managers.
  3. Second interview with the General Manager of the company.

Location: Chandigarh, India

Type of contract: Full-time

Responsibilities

  1. Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and similar tools for designing professional and engaging social media posts.
  2. Conduct outbound marketing activities using tools like Mail Merge, Pipedrive, etc. including direct marketing emails and other outreach efforts to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  3. Build and manage a database of contacts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data.
  4. Migrate existing database to ERP, manage the ERP system to track sales activities and progress, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Organize events such as webinars, manage participation in different events, and perform cost-benefit analysis to understand their impact on various business units.
  7. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize future efforts.
  9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Skills:

  1. Graduate/PG in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  5. Experience in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Technical content writing.
  7. Advanced proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
